Noise and maintenance of one-way needle roller bearings

The metallurgical quality of the one-way needle bearing material was once the main factor affecting the early failure of the one-way needle bearing. With the improvement of metallurgical technology (such as vacuum degassing of one-way needle bearing steel), the quality of raw materials is improved. The proportion of raw material quality factors in the failure analysis of one-way needle roller bearings has dropped significantly, but it is still one of the main influencing factors for the failure of one-way needle roller bearings. The proper selection of materials is still a factor that must be considered in the failure analysis of one-way needle roller bearings.

The main task of failure analysis of one-way needle roller bearings is to find out the main factors causing the failure of one-way needle roller bearings based on a large amount of background materials, analysis data and failure modes, so as to propose improvement measures and extend the centering roll. (1) It has the same operating life as the one-way needle roller bearing, so as to delay the maintenance cycle, shorten the downtime, and advance the labor yield.

(2) Under the high speed of dn>5×105, the temperature rise of the motor should be low, and the oil should not be smashed, thus reducing the power consumption and sheltering the motor.

(3) Its scalar content control is under the inevitable standard, which minimizes the pollution of equipment noise.

(4) The spirituality of the one-way needle bearing start and operation under the premise of ultra-low temperature work, the common problem of one-way needle bearing. The package output power is minimal.

The removed deep groove ball unidirectional needle roller bearings are cleaned and divided into coarse and fine cleaning. They are placed in the container respectively, and the metal mesh bottom is placed first so that the one-way needle bearing does not directly contact the container. In the case of rough cleaning, if the one-way needle roller bearing is rotated with dirt, the rolling surface of the deep groove ball one-way needle bearing will be damaged, and it should be noted. In the rough cleaning oil, use a brush to remove the smooth grease and adhesive, and after roughly cleaning, transfer to the fine wash.
