Rust prevention of non-standard bearing

Generally speaking, non-standard bearing is not in line with the national standard of the size of the bearing, that is, the size is different from the national standard of all the bearings.

Its main features are low degree of universality, mostly for special equipment, special occasions application, small batch, new research and development equipment trial products account for the majority; But because of its non - scale, batch production, few production enterprises, high cost, the non-standard bearing is more expensive.

The methods of rust prevention are as follows:

Surface cleaning:

1.cleaning must be based on the nature of the surface of the anti-rust material and the conditions at the time, choose the appropriate method. Solvent cleaning, chemical cleaning and mechanical cleaning are commonly used.

2. After surface drying and cleaning, filtered dry compressed air can be used to blow dry, or dry with a dryer of 120~170℃, or dry with clean gauze.

Method of applying anti-rust oil:

1. Soaking method: some small articles are soaked in anti-rust grease to make the surface adhere to a layer of anti-rust grease. Oil film thickness can be achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of anti-rust grease.

2. The brush painting method is used for outdoor construction equipment or products of special shape that are not suitable for soaking or spraying. Attention should be paid to avoid accumulation and leakage during the brush painting.

3. Some large rustproof objects cannot be coated by immersion method. Generally, filtered compressed air at a pressure of about 0.7Mpa is used for spraying in clean air areas.Spray method is applicable to solvent cutback rust preservative oil or thin-film antirust oil, but must adopt perfect fire prevention and labor protection measures.
