How to install the deep groove ball bearing?

1.Put the inner ring into the outer ring, let it in touch with the outer ring;

2.Put the all balls;

3.Put the outer ring on the ball, and move the ring in radial direction to make the balls in line;

4.Put the cage into the bearing, then rivet assembly;

5.Finish the installation.

Deep groove ball bearings are wide used in varieties of industrial applications. Consequently, they are available in many specifications and sizes.

If we want to disassemble a bearing, we should make the balls in one side, then the outer ring will be separated.
