Structure form

This kind of bearing has centripetal needle and thrust full load ball, or with thrust ball, or with thrust cylindrical roller, or with angular contact ball, can bear unidirectional or bidirectional axial load. Can also be designed according to the user special structure requirements.

The product precision

Dimensional tolerance and geometric accuracy as per JB/T8877.

The diameter of the rolling needles differs from each other by 2 m, and the accuracy class is G2 (GB309).

The inner circle diameter of the bearing without inner ring before assembly conforms to the tolerance grade F6.

The radial clearance of the bearing conforms to group 0 of GB/T4604.

Special accuracy class is GB/T307.1.

Material

The needle rolling material is GCr15 bearing steel, hardened HRC60 -- 65.

The inner and outer rings are made of GCr15 bearing steel, hardened HRC61 -- 65.

The cage material is high quality low carbon steel or reinforced nylon.

Special instructions

The axial load of NKIA and NKIB series bearings shall not exceed 25% of the radial load.

Support applications for alternating axial loads must be mounted against each other.

Thrust bearing components must be preloaded up to 1% of the basic axial static rated load.

Continuous operation with plastic cage (suffix TN) shall not exceed operating temperature +120°C.

The thrust bearing parts shall move freely in the housing.
